AnaBio is a specific bacterial consortium for the promotion and stabilization of anaerobic fermentation, as part of the production of BioGas. The power supply of the digester may not always be homogeneous, due to the different availability of biomass and the fundamental need to keep costs aligned within certain limits, otherwise the plant will lose profitability. AnaBio is characterized on the market as the first fermentation promoting product with the widest enzymatic spectrum available, provided by six different bacterial strains and a filamentous fungus. The innovative composition, dried on a specific sugar base and integrated with microelements, makes the product extremely efficient, capable of rapidly breaking down the organic substance, thus increasing the biogas potential of the treated biomass.
AnaBio can be used in different dosages, depending on the state of the biomass and fermentation. The minimum recommended dose is 100 gr / ton of total added biomass, up to 500 gr / ton of total added biomass. It is advisable to add the product by broadcasting (safety data sheet available on request) directly in the pre-tank, in order to ensure correct mixing.
EXPERIMENTAL DATA: AnaBio has been extensively tested in the field, resulting in an increase in the degradation of biomass, thus extracting more energy, without increasing its volume.

As shown by the analyzes conducted within the experimentation carried out, AnaBio did not alter the pH of the digester (average value of 7.54), with a good transformation coefficient of the AGVs of 79.21% and a factor of FOS / TAC = O , 3539, which demonstrates on the whole the perfect integrity of the digestive process.
